Accuracy and advice
Important information about how we source, verify and present information.
How current is the information?
Every report is dated and reflects what we knew on that date. Prices, availability, RERA status and construction progress change, so please treat prices as indicative and confirm current details with the developer and the RERA portal before you decide.
Are the reports legal, financial or investment advice?
No. Reports are for general information and decision support. They do not replace advice from your own lawyer, financial adviser or technical expert. Please have title and documents checked by a lawyer of your choice before you pay any amount.
Do you guarantee appreciation, returns or rental income?
No. Property prices can rise or fall, and past trends do not predict future results. Any figures we share come from the sources and dates we state.
Do you guarantee discounts or better terms?
No. Where our buyer network makes it possible, we may be able to obtain better terms or preferred inventory, but this is not guaranteed. Offers can change or end, and your final price and terms are those in your agreement with the developer.
